5:00-8:00 – Rehearsal
8:15 – Go Home

Tuesday, 10/24- Rehearsal @ Crosby – 5:00-8:00
4:30pm – Students arrive @ Crosby
5:00-8:00 – Rehearsal
8:15 – Go Home

Wednesday, 10/25- Rehearsal @ Crosby – 6:00-9:00
5:30pm – Students arrive @ Crosby
6:00 – 9:00-Rehearsal
9:15 – Go Home

Thursday, 10/26- No Rehearsal

Friday, 10/27- Rehearsal – Final Meeting – Auditorium

2:45- Students Report To Bandroom
3:00-5:00 pm- Rehearsal at KHS Field (No Color Guard)
3:15-5:00 pm-Pit/Drumline rehearsal at Crosby
5:15- 5:45- Dinner in the Alley (Pit/Drumline/Color Guard arrive)
5:45- Go to Auditorium
6:00- Students go to KHS Auditorium
6:00-8:00- Final Trip Meeting and Talent Show

Saturday, 10/28 – Rehearsal @Crosby- Travel to Syracuse Hotel

11:00 – Arrive at Crosby
11:30-4:30 – Rehearsal
4:30-5:30 – Luggage Check and Dinner/Cheer Tunnel at Crosby
5:30 – Leave Crosby for Hotel –
Hampton Inn by Hilton, Verona @ Turning Stone
9:00 – Arrive at Hotel
10:00 – Lights Out

Sunday, 10/29 – CHAMPIONSHIPS @ SYRACUSE UNIV.

9:30am – Students prepare to leave Hotel
10:00am – Students down in lobby
11:00am – Leave Hotel for Mall for Lunch
1:00 – Arrive at Skytop Warm-Up area.
3:18 – Leave SkyTop for Carrier Dome
4:18 – Performance Time
4:45 – Pictures and head Stands.
5:49 – Retreat – Full Band
6:30 – Go to buses
6:45 – Leave Dome for KHS
10:30 – Return to KHS
11:00 – Students go home
